Business Meetings
The National Business Meetings take place biannually and serve as a forum to discuss business matters, review NALFO’s governing documents and policies, celebrate accomplishments and NALFO Awards, and elect the Executive Board.
The first session occurs in the 2nd quarter of the calendar year at a location determined by a majority of member organizations. The second session occurs during the 4th quarter of the year and is typically scheduled concurrently with the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors’ Annual Meeting.
2024: Spring
NALFO’s 2024 Spring Business Meeting is scheduled to take place in Miami, Florida! It will likely be held in a hybrid format with an in-person location and virtual option, tentatively scheduled for May 17 -19. Please keep checking back here for any updates as we have them!
Our Spring Meeting will focus on development in addition to business which will be conducted by the Executive Board and Member Organization Representatives. Contact the Exec Board for details!
2023: FALL
NALFO’s 2023 Fall Business Meeting is scheduled to take place on December 2, 2023 in Tampa, Florida in conjunction with the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) Annual Meeting.
Our Fall Meeting will focus on organizational business, legislation and elections, and the annual NALFO Awards winners will be announced. Contact the Exec Board for details!
Fall 2023
NALFO's 2023 Fall Business Meeting took place during the AFAAM in Tampa, FL with members joining virtually during this hybrid meeting on December 2nd. We also celebrated the 25th anniversary of our council!
Spring 2023
NALFO's 2023 Spring Business Meeting took place at Arizona State University, home of our first and oldest local NALFO council, in Tempe, AZ with members joining virtually in a hybrid meeting on June 3rd.
Fall 2022
NALFO's 2022 Fall Business Meeting took place from December 2-3, 2022 in National Harbor, Maryland in conjunction with the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) Annual Meeting.
Spring 2022
NALFO's 2022 Spring Business Meeting was held virtually to accommodate the requests of member organizations.
Fall 2021
NALFO's 2021 Fall Business Meeting took place during the AFAAM in Dallas, TX with members joining virtually during this hybrid meeting on December 4th.
Spring 2021
NALFO's 2021 Spring Business Meeting continued in the virtual format and was held on May 1, 2021.
Fall 2020
NALFO's 2020 Fall Business Meeting was scheduled to take place alongside the AFAAM in Chicago but was also switched to a virtual format as a result of Covid-19. It took place on December 5th.
Spring 2020
NALFO's 2020 Spring Business Meeting was held virtually in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic on May 30, 2020.
Fall 2019
NALFO's Fall 2019 Business Meeting took place in conjunction with the AFAAM in Anaheim, CA from December 6-7.

NALFO's 2019 Spring Business Meeting took place from May 31 - June 1 in Tampa, FL on the University of South Florida campus.
Fall 2018
NALFO joined the AFA's Annual Meeting to host our 2018 Fall Business Meeting from November 30, 2018 - December 1, 2018 in Indianapolis, IN.

NALFO's 2018 Spring Business Meeting took place from June 1, 2018 - June 2, 2018 in Dallas, TX at Southern Methodist University.
