> Cisco Systems is conducting an exclusive mentorship Program, Igniting Forces, to coach and mentor minds ready to shape the Internet of Everything. Ten Cisco Mentors will be matched with 10 NSHMBA Members for a 1-year term. We are delighted that Cisco has chosen to partner with NSHMBA, whose members are not only known for their MBAs, but also praised for their multicultural professional experience. The application deadline is this Friday, April 18, and is limited to the first 30 applicants.

> Cisco, a leading technology company, seeks to expand its diverse team of thinkers and innovators and give back to the Hispanic Community by having successful leaders coach and mentor future decision-makers. Cisco’s focus with this effort is to build a talent pipeline consistent with 2014 business objectives, while offering invaluable advice to our members. Through this partnership, Cisco also expands its inclusion and diversity strategy by tapping into the best talent available in the Hispanic community.

> Interested mentees are encouraged to update their Nektpro profile and apply online with a resume for consideration. Those selected will be invited to participate in a campus tour and a networking event with their mentors at Cisco’s headquarters on May 13th, 2014.

> Second year MBA student (preferred)
> Interest in Business Management, Strategy, and Marketing
> Resume
> One-year mentor / mentee commitment
> Passion for self improvement and professional development
> Comfortable discussing professional aspirations, goals, and challenges
> Ability to take constructive criticism and feedback
> NSHMBA Membership (Premier or Above)
